About the role
Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the airport development program, serving as the primary interface with the client, executive stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
What you'll do
- Lead overall delivery of the airport program covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover
- Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety
- Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators
- Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions
