Obtain weekly updates from site teams and vendor representatives for schedule adherence.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed baseline schedules using MS Project , covering WBS creation, activity sequencing, duration estimation, and resource allocation
- Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules , weekly updates, and monthly progress plans for all engineering packages
- Integrate schedules for Civil, PEB, MEP, HVAC, Firefighting, Refrigeration, Utility & external development works
- Monitor actual progress vs planned and highlight delays, slippages, and critical-path deviations
- Update weekly and monthly Project Progress Reports (PPR/WPSR) with measurable KPIs—quantity achieved vs target, resource deployment, and productivity metrics
