About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to manage Post-Disbursement Documentation (PDD) activities for loan cases. The role involves validating loan documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements, coordinating with internal teams and lenders, and maintaining accurate operational records.
What you'll do
- Validate and verify post-disbursement loan documents as per lender guidelines and compliance requirements
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents
- Track pending PDD cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders for closure within defined timelines
- Maintain proper documentation records for audit and compliance purposes
