About the role
We are looking for an RTO Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle registration and RTO-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with RTO offices, dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle registration and documentation.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end RTO registration and documentation for commercial vehicles/EVs
- Coordinate with various RTO offices and government authorities for vehicle registration and related activities
- Ensure timely processing of RC, number plates, permits, fitness certificates, and other RTO documents
- Verify vehicle and customer documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Coordinate with dealers, customers, finance teams, and internal operations teams for RTO-related requirements
