About the role
It requires teachers to reexamine their current ways of teaching and gradually build confidence in a completely new domain. Therefore, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager for the teacher training and development vertical within the curriculum and pedagogy team, who can not only reimagine teacher development but also bring a sharp, diagnostic lens to the work.
What you'll do
- Articulate the objectives and extend the existing model of teacher learning
- Research best practices in continuous teacher professional development, cascade loss, mindset change, coaching & other relevant areas
- Gather participant feedback and improvise the content
- Partner with other organizations in the domain
- Adapt to tech-based training solutions
