About the role
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Research function at Udhyam Learning Foundation is a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers. The primary role of the function is to provide vital data that is central to monitoring overall program health and implementation, as well as to evaluate short-term, medium-term, and longitudinal outcomes for students and teachers.
What you'll do
- Conceptualize, design, and test new tools for Program evaluation
- Engage in tool reiteration and refinement
- Liaise with state teams and negotiate data collection protocols and timelines
- Quantitative and/or qualitative data collection from the field
- Data analysis - Quantitative and qualitative analysis with the lens of providing actionable insights for operations teams
