About the role
It is in this context, we are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist for the teacher training and development vertical within the curriculum and pedagogy team, who can partner with us in reimagining teacher training in India at scale.
What you'll do
- Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences for teachers
- Work in sync with the curriculum team’s vision and partner with curriculum members at various stages of teacher development
- Collaborate with the SCERT and Ops teams to align on the training design and implementation
- Documenting On-ground Field Insight
- Research best practices in continuous teacher professional development, cascade loss, mindset change, coaching & other relevant areas
