About the role
This role supports a complex, multi-platform application used by Unisys Digital Workplace Services (DWS). We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of field service solutions for our managed services clients.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Independently manage tasks, deliverables, and timelines
- Create system documentation and train support teams
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), scheduling optimization, mobile workforce enablement
