About the role
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules leveraging platform best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible. Develop scalable and maintainable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, CMDB, Employee Center, Integrations, and custom applications as required.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules leveraging platform best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, CMDB, Employee Center, Integrations, and custom applications as required
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Flow Designer, and third-party platforms
- Write and maintain automated tests to improve code quality, regression coverage, and platform stability
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards, architectural principles, and governance requirements
