About the role
Senior People Technology Analyst is responsible for running payroll, balancing, trouble-shooting and coordinating efficient processes on a bi-weekly basis. This position must maintain good relationships with business unit clients, other HC departments and vendors on a consistent basis.
What you'll do
- Act as a functional SME for Oracle US HR and payroll module
- Partner with other departments on trouble shooting and resolution of system issues
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle
- Accurate run control and creation of payroll, including mass uploads
- Contribute to the creation of monitoring processes to assess the quality of Payroll and HR data; ensure accurate payroll runs each pay period
