What you'll do
- Own and drive resolution of P1/P2 production incidents, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within 24 hours of resolution
- Perform advanced Facets module diagnostics and execute approved SQL/scripts within the defined change-control framework
- Manage Facets batch failures end-to-end, including impact assessment, troubleshooting, recovery, and stakeholder communication
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, provide production risk assessments, and support the 30-day post-deployment warranty period
- Maintain and enhance the Known Error Database (KEDB) and create runbooks to support L1 shift-left enablement
