About the role
The Coupa System Admin is responsible for advanced administration, configuration, technical ownership, solution design, and enterprise enablement of the Coupa platform. The role focuses on Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supplier Management, and related Source-to-Pay capabilities.
What you'll do
- Primary Responsibilities – Coupa
- Lead advanced configuration and administration across Coupa Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions across Coupa configuration areas
- Lead configuration workstreams for new implementations, global rollouts, continuous improvement initiatives, and new capability enablement
- Assess cross-module and upstream/downstream impacts before introducing changes, with particular attention to Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier, Contract
