What you'll do

- Manage Facets batch failures end-to-end; communicate business impact and recovery status to stakeholders
- Participate in CAB, provide production risk assessments, and support 30-day post-deployment warranty
- Maintain and enhance the Known Error Database (KEDB); author runbooks for L1 shift-left enablement
