About the role
This role bridges software support and reliability engineering , focusing on system stability, scalability, and operational excellence across global environments. You will work closely with R&D, DevOps, and Field teams to ensure production systems are reliable, observable, and continuously improving.
What you'll do
- Act as a Tier3 support , handling complex production issues and driving end‑to‑end resolution
- Troubleshoot software systems, and infrastructure layers (applications, containers, Kubernetes, cloud)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive reliability improvements
- Support improvement of system observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
- Drive automation of operational workflows, troubleshooting, and support activities
