Documentation Lead at Value1. Onboard RTO agents and maintain network across the state to enable outward documentation of tractors across all used tractor dealers.
What you'll do
- Onboard RTO agents and maintain network across the state to enable outward documentation of tractors across all used tractor dealers
- Liaise with dealers and the RTO agents in the network within the system
- Onboard agencies / independent agents to facilitate inward documentation (bringing the original owner to the RTO, collecting RC, etc.)
- Ensure pricing transparency and real-time progress across both inward and outward documentation through the digital platform
- Track real-time progress for documentation cases and intervene as and when needed
