Attending Breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo Doing root cause (Why Why analysis) analysis and manual check to identify defect/abnormality. Restoring the defective parts & removing the abnormalities Implementing the counter measure to prevent occurrence of the same problem/abnormality.
What you'll do
- Attending Breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo
- Implementing the counter measure to prevent occurrence of the same problem/abnormality
- Preparing for daily review meeting to discuss the maintenance issue
- Taking machine trail and handover the machine for production
- Coordinating with service engineers for execution of NPD & Improvement with ME Team for machine shifting activity
