What you'll do
- Attending Breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo
- Doing root cause (Why Why analysis) analysis and manual check to identify defect/abnormality
- Restoring the defective parts & removing the abnormalities
- Implementing the counter measure to prevent occurrence of the same problem/abnormality
- Carry out horizontally deployment of counter measure
