About the role
To lead and manage SMT production operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and safety targets while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across SMT lines.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end SMT production operations, including Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, X-Ray and related processes
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with customer requirements
- Drive key production KPIs such as OEE, rejection, rework, downtime, changeover time, and productivity
- Plan manpower, machines, materials, and capacity to meet production requirements
- Monitor and improve SMT line utilization, cycle time, line balancing, and throughput
