About the role
Drive quality performance across assigned SMT & EV lines. Monitor daily quality KPIs (FPY, rejection, rework, escapes). Ensure implementation of Control Plans, SOPs, and PFMEA on the shop floor. Conduct daily quality review meetings with Shift In-Charges. Plan and monitor Process Audits and Layered Process Audits (LPA).
What you'll do
