About the role
The Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness will support the CEMEA Commercial Effectiveness team in driving business growth through data-driven insights, and whitespace analysis. The role will help identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share, portfolio yield, OPEX optimization and seller productivity by converting data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
What you'll do
- Support analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities, portfolio performance trends, market share movements, yield improvement areas
- Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy, account planning, annual operating planning, and commercial prioritization
- Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance to help business teams understand performance drivers and areas requiring action
- Translate complex datasets into simple, structured, and business-ready insights for leadership and frontline teams
- Drive launch and rollout activities for business tools and digital capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change management
