About the role
Responsible for customer service through higher TNPS/EQ, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice – postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.) Achievement of key targets (Revenue, RoI) for FOFO channel Execution of all strategies and plans for the FOFO channel Ownership of revenue targets for FOFO channel
