About the role
Responsible for operations and maintenance of the CS Core elements deployed in the circle such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei MSS, GCS, MGW/GMGW,HLR-HSS including NLD/ILD Nodes including Nokia IMS VolTE Core. KPI based Analysis, managing system uptime , perform regular O&M activities, Coordination with different functions and supporting Business deliverables will be the key focus points .
What you'll do
- M1 - Manager/ Sr.Manager
- COG / Cluster Core Ops
- Ensure 99.999% System Uptime and Regular Backups
- Responsible for alarm clearance in the nodes in coordination with respective functions
- Ensure timely system upgrades of MSS/GSC/MGW/GMGW/NLD-ILD nodes/HLR-HSS and support capacity expansion including Nokia IMS VoLTE Core
