About the role
Responsible for operations and maintenance of Circle Data Core nodes along with CLOUD infra which includes fault handling, managing system uptime, performing routine O&M activities, complains analysis, support configuration changes and new implementations/Expansion, KPI analysis, and coordination with different functions.
What you'll do
- DATA Core Availability & Reliability
- Own end-to-end availability of Data Core platforms (MME, SPGW, EPDG, PCRF, DNS, FW, CGF/CGNAT and associated Cloud infrastructure) emergency handling
- Carry out preventive and periodic maintenance, disaster recovery preparedness, backup availability, Attend HW and SW faults
- Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate with planning, SNOC and central operation team for raising CR, impact analysis, scheduling, carry out pre / post testing
