About the role
.person will be responsible for hardware and Software maintenance of all Core Nodes deployed at the location. Node includes Core nodes like MSS/MGW/GCS/GMGW of Nokia and Ericsson. UDR HLR Set up of Nokia. Nokia VOLTE Set up. Below mentioned are some of the Key Deliverables of this Manpower Below mentioned are some of the Key Deliverables of this Manpower.
What you'll do
- Responsible for hardware and Software maintenance of all Core Nodes deployed at the location
- Maintaining 100% uptime of all Core Nodes
- Support/Undertake various measures to address Customer Complaints
- Support in maintaining Network Performance KPIs as per Threshold
- Support for MOP integration and integration related activities
