Team Member at Zonal Location to ensure the key network KPIs and Support to sales and central team Information Bridge between Field and Central team on field deliverables and expectations. Early correction of any Service Degradation and Proactive approach to avoid the Network issues Theoretical and Practical working RF knowledge of 5G/4G/2G to sustain and improve the Voice and Data KPIs
What you'll do
- TM - RAN- 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE
- Planning & Quality / Technology
- Improve Service KPIs and CXX ( Customer Perception )
- Support Sales ZBM and team on any zonal issues
- Use of Ground Hog and other tools to improve Network KPI & SCFT
