About the role

We are seeking a Unified Communications Operations Engineer to deliver and support robust Unified Communications (UC) services, ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll do

• Deliver reliable Unified Communications services and support operational stability across voice and collaboration platforms
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with defined processes and service commitments
• Resolve reported incidents within agreed service level targets and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
• Recommend and implement configuration improvements to maintain and enhance platform performance and service quality
• Monitor service health, analyse operational trends, and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
