Deputy Manager_Power BI

About the role

We are seeking a Unified Communications Operations Engineer to deliver and support robust Unified Communications services from Pune. The role is focused on maintaining high service availability, resolving technically complex incidents, managing changes and improving operational performance and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage Unified Communications incidents and changes, ensuring reported incidents are resolved within agreed service levels
• Analyse complex technical issues independently and implement effective solutions that protect service availability and customer experience
• Recommend and implement configuration changes to maintain service and network performance indicators at optimal levels
• Use Power BI, data analytics, reporting and dashboards to monitor operational performance
• Build sustainable working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support service-level and performance compliance
