About the role
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Business Analyst to work within the Data & Analytics function, supporting business and technical teams by understanding business needs, analysing data requirements and translating functional inputs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
What you'll do
- Own the analysis journey from understanding the problem statement through to gap analysis, solution definition and development support
- Act as a link between business stakeholders and solution teams by translating functional inputs into clear technical information for developers
- Elicit, challenge and validate data capability and reporting requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Create workable project plans and communicate progress, dependencies and requirements clearly to key stakeholders
- Support estimation and define technical pointers that enable developers to start and progress development activity
