About the role
In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department, driving new capabilities in our CRM Systems that enable our global Sales and Service organization. You will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and interpret user requirements, working with architects, developers
- Drive the design and enhancement of Salesforce features, ensuring alignment with business goals while overseeing requirements definition and process improvements
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Define reporting and analytics needs, partnering with stakeholders to create Reports and Dashboards
- Define and implement the testing strategy for projects. Collaborate with other QE engineers and review the test scripts
