About the role
In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department, driving new capabilities in our CRM Systems to enable our global Sales and Service organization. Your role is to design and implement technical solutions adhering to salesforce platform standards and Waters architecture guidelines.
What you'll do
- Design and develop technical solutions leveraging Apex Programming Language and Visual Force as needed
- Collaborate with internal team members and other stakeholders in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of salesforce solutions
- Perform Salesforce configuration and customization to support process automation including workflows rules, process builder, flows, page layouts, record types, objects
- Perform Unit Testing and Defect Fixes
- Contributes to cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications
