About the role
What are we looking for ? At least 6 months of experience in a support or customer service role High aptitude and reasoning ability. Tech-savvy, quick learner and self-starter.
What you'll do
- Work hours – Mon to Fri / 10 am to 8 pm IST
- Attend the incoming support call and provide the necessary support to all applicants
- Monitoring the support mailbox and chat. Ensuring all queries are responded to promptly
- Screen applications as per the requirement of the company
- Create reports for support calls, emails and screening as the management guides
