About the role
Walmart’s Global Tech Platforms organization builds the tools, platforms, and services used by thousands of engineers across the company. Developer Productivity and CI/CD Platform organization is part of the Tech Platforms organization. The team develops foundational capabilities for build automation, testing, security validation, release management, deployment orchestration, and developer workflows.
What you'll do
- Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Walmart’s CI/CD ecosystem
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD platforms, pipeline orchestration, build, release, and deployment services
- Solve complex distributed-system and production challenges while staying hands-on implementation, reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Improve developer experience, platform standards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with leaders and mentoring senior engineers
