About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role will focus on generating and converting leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting our products, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate with the field sales and other internal teams for further processing of qualified leads
