About the role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Product Sales team and ensure smooth coordination of sales activities from enquiry to order closure. The role will involve coordinating with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate documentation, regular follow-ups, and smooth execution of sales operations.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, customers, distributors, and internal departments for smooth execution of sales activities
- Manage and track customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales-related documentation
- Follow up with customers and sales team members regarding pending enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for product availability, pricing, dispatch, delivery, and order status
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer requirements, pending cases, and follow-ups
