About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly independent Systems Engineer to own, administer, and optimize our corporate collaboration and productivity ecosystem. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for managing and supporting critical platforms like Slack, Asana, and LumApps (Intranet) . The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical administration and business processes, ensuring our teams can communicate seamlessly and work efficiently.
What you'll do
- Platform Administration & Management: Serve as the primary administrator for key collaboration tools including Slack, Asana, and LumApps
- End-User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier-2/3 technical support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to the collaboration suite
- System Optimization & Monitoring: Continuously monitor platform health, usage metrics, and performance to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and ROI
