Inside Sales Executive - Hiring for SSO Hospital at xponentiate. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2C Inside Sales Executive to join our chain of cancer day care clinics.
What you'll do
- Advise on Services: Use structured discussions to advise patients on the most suitable services that address their specific needs
- Manage Sales Process: Handle the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the patient
- Collaborate with Care Managers: Work closely with the care management team to ensure patient needs are met and services are aligned
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance clinic revenue
- Collect and Update Patient Data: Accurately collect and update patient information in the CRM system to maintain detailed and up-to-date records
