About the role
As the Lead Psychologist , you will lead end-to-end mental health care delivery on campus, combining clinical expertise, system design, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement . You will be responsible for building a structured, tech-enabled, and outcome-driven mental health ecosystem that integrates prevention, early intervention, and crisis care into the student journey.
What you'll do
- Lead On-Ground Clinical Services
- Supervise 24/7 mental health care delivery across campus, from drop-in therapy to crisis response
- Ensure quality control, clinical supervision, and best-practice fidelity across a multidisciplinary team
