Patient Experience Executive- Hiring for SSO Hospital - Andheri at xponentiate. We are looking for a warm, articulate, and service-oriented Patient Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and caregivers at our centre.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in ensuring every patient journey is smooth, empathetic, and well-supported — from consultation to discharge
- Greet and counsel every patient and family entering the centre with warmth and professionalism
- Guide patients through their OPD visit, surgical counselling, and quote discussions
- Ensure follow through on diagnostics, insurance paperwork, and discharge protocols
- Handle relatives/caregivers with empathy and patience — especially during wait periods
