Product Manager, Doctor Experience

About the role

Doctors are at the centre of the Elevate Now model. The quality of every consult, prescription and follow-up depends on how well the tools around them work. As Product Manager for Doctor Experience, you will own the products that physicians use every day, making it faster and easier for them to review a member’s data, make sound clinical decisions and stay in sync with the health coach and care team.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for doctor-facing products, including the consult workflow, patient records and charts, prescriptions, follow-ups and care plans
• Spend regular time with physicians to observe how they work, understand their pain points, and turn what you learn into clear product requirements
• Reduce friction and documentation time through smart defaults, templates, automation and, where appropriate, AI assistance
• Build tools that improve collaboration between doctors, health coaches and support teams, including handoffs, escalations and shared notes
• Work with the clinical leadership team to translate protocols and safety guardrails into product logic, such as prescription checks and flags for follow-up
