About the role
Elevate Now is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the acquisition and activation funnel for our digital health and pharmacy offerings. You will drive efficient, scalable user growth through data-driven experimentation, channel strategy, and conversion optimization across the journey from first touch to repeat purchase and monetization.
What you'll do
- Own acquisition and activation metrics. Analyze conversion, CLV, repeat order rate, and churn to prioritize high-ROI growth bets
- Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, app and web onboarding, prescription upload, cart and checkout, pricing and discounting
- Optimize the first-order journey: search or catalog browse, Rx upload and validation, pharmacist verification, order placement
- Build and scale growth loops, including SEO and SEM for medicine and condition-led demand, referral programs, refill reminders and chronic-care retention loops
- Work with performance marketing and CRM teams on channel strategy, CAC efficiency, and lifecycle campaigns (WhatsApp, push, SMS, email)
