About the role
Zendesk, a fast-growing web-based customer service and engagement software company, is looking for a Data Migration Technical Architect to help document and execute customer data transformation requirements into and out of Zendesk. In this role, you will directly consult with a wide array of external business leaders, encouraging and partnering with them as they transform their businesses!
What you'll do
- Understand, document, and implement customer requirements according to scope
- Handle migration projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with developers who are performing the migrations
- Communicate & forecast resource needs over the course of multi-week projects
- Ensure platform data services work is completed on time and on budget while supporting the Professional Services delivery team
