About the role
This role is part of Profession Services team responsible for on-boarding of new reconciliations, maintenance of existing reconciliations, implementation of client driven changes, platform installation and upgrades. Competitor products – Adra by Trintech, ReconArt, Frontier Reconciliation (by Trintech)
What you'll do
- On-boarding of new reconciliations and maintenance of existing reconciliations adhering to the reconciliation’s standards laid down in the project
- Support UAT testing, conduct thorough regression testing to delivery high quality defect free changes to Production ensuring platform stability
- Installation and upgrade of reconciliation application and related products on client platform
- Design and implement new changes in partnership with internal stakeholders, change delivery
- Work collaboratively with other teams to identify pain areas, process efficiencies, utilize subject matter expertise to drive automation and deliver efficiencies
