About the role
The Transition and Transformation Program Manager will lead complex, multi-tower programs across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace, network, data center, and managed services portfolios. The role is accountable for transition strategy, governance, execution control, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and a smooth handover into steady-state operations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end transition and transformation programs across multiple service towers, geographies, and customer environments
- Own transition strategy, mobilization approach, governance model, delivery framework, success criteria, KPIs, and milestone tracking
- Participate in RFPs, solution shaping, transition estimation, planning assumptions, and customer transition discussions
- Drive program execution across transition managers, tower leads, solution teams, delivery teams, customer stakeholders, vendors, and partner teams
- Lead merger, acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, and separation transition planning, including integration roadmap, Day-1 readiness, TSA exit plan, risk closure
