Who it's for: B.Tech, BCA and MCA freshers applying for developer roles
Most rounds are an online test, one or two technical interviews (coding, CS basics, your projects) and an HR round. Interviewers care more about how you think out loud than whether you reach the perfect answer at once.

Walk me through your best project.
What they're checking: Did you actually build it, and do you understand it end to end?
How to answer: Problem, what you built, your part, one hard thing you solved, and what you'd do differently. Be ready to go deep on any line.
A strong answer
"I built a hostel complaint tracker with React and Node. I wrote the backend and the database design. The hard part was notifications: polling was slow, so I moved to WebSockets. If I did it again I'd add tests earlier; a schema change broke two screens."

Reverse a linked list.
What they're checking: Basic data structures and clean code under pressure.
How to answer: Talk first: say you'll walk the list with three pointers. Write it, then trace a small example and state time and space.
A strong answer
"Keep prev = null and curr = head. While curr exists: save next, point curr.next to prev, move prev to curr and curr to next. Return prev. It's O(n) time and O(1) extra space."

What happens when you type a URL in the browser?
What they're checking: How the web works end to end.
How to answer: DNS, TCP/TLS, HTTP request, server, response, rendering. Go as deep as they ask.
A strong answer
"The browser resolves the domain through DNS, opens a TCP connection and a TLS handshake for HTTPS, sends an HTTP request, the server returns HTML, and the browser parses it, fetches CSS and JS, builds the DOM and paints the page."
