About the role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Senior Analyst/Sr Analyst to support our talent brand strategy, drive marketing campaigns and serve as a key liaison to our global marketing teams and local market unit. This role sits at the intersection of candidate marketing, talent brand and employer branding, ensuring our company's story as an employer of choice resonates across channels and markets.

What you'll do

• Talent Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop, execute, and continuously refine the employer/talent brand strategy in alignment with the company's overall brand identity and talent acquisition goal
• Create compelling content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities across digital platforms (career site, social media, job boards)
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of talent branding efforts using key metrics (engagement, reach, application conversion
