About the role

The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to support business requirements related to quality, cost, delivery, and innovation. This role works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure a resilient and competitive supply base while driving cost optimization and supplier performance improvements.

What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on technical capability, quality standards, capacity, and cost competitiveness
• Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities for new products and existing programs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure supplier capability alignment
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through should-cost analysis, value engineering, and supplier negotiations

What you need
