About the role

1 st Line of defence Financial Crime Data and Analytics Manager is an experienced role with day-to-day responsibility for requesting data, monitoring and enhancing Key Risk Indicators and Management information (MI)

What you'll do

• Design, produce and maintain 1LOD Financial Crime Management Information (MI) processes, data flows and procedural documentation
• Develop, test and enhance MI dashboards and reporting tools, incorporating automated data pipelines and coding solutions (e.g., Python
• Analyse, maintain and propose enhancements to Financial Crime Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and MI to ensure performance remains within defined Risk Appetite Statement…
• Ensure all MI and analytical improvements follow approved governance frameworks, satisfying quality, sign‑off and audit requirements
• Continuously monitor financial crime KRIs, escalating and reporting threshold breaches with clear commentary and analytical insight
