About the role

Customize and extend central platforms and internal toolkits to ensure scalability and usability for local teams. Frame ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Balance hands-on development with solution design, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade systems
• Work as an embedded engineer with business-unit teams to co-create digital and AI-powered solutions
• Act as the technical representative of a central platform team while engaging directly with business and product stakeholders
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade software systems including APIs, data pipelines, microservices, and AI/ML models
• Lead working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and retail
