About the role

Optimize current and future sales of Xiaomi products and accessories at retail by championing company solutions and creating a compelling shopping experience for consumers, through engaging and interactive demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs
• Achieve sell-out targets by engaging consumers and selling Xiaomi products
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers
• Manage personal sales target through on-going performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required
• Address general consumer enquiries and assist consumers in service-related enquiries (including after- sales)

What you need

• 0–7 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Class 12
