About the role
1.Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes. 2.Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc. 3.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget 4.Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager.
